Also, you can spend more than 25 minutes outdoors. 25 minutes is enough for a human being. As I already mentioned in the above section there are lots of changes that will happen to your body if you spend 25 minutes outdoors on a regular basis.

Now here most of the users are having doubts that is, how much time you will spend outdoors every week. Well, I suggest you spend at least 25 minutes in a day and 175 minutes in a week.

In 2023, in the USA there are more than 70% of people spend their most of time in indoor areas and lots of time on smartphones and computers.

Spending time on electronic devices is not a bad thing but it is also essential for you to spend some time outdoors and in nature. Because nature’s fresh air will provide you with a fresh breathing feeling.

 As I already said in the above section you must spend a minimum of 25 minutes outdoors in a day.

You can also spend more time if you do your proper time management. Spending your time outdoors is not a bad idea. Also, doctors recommend users to spend time in nature.

Spending time in nature will help you to reduce your stress level and keep you happy. On the other hand, blue sky, bird sounds, outdoor flowers, and fresh air will make a very enjoyable moment.

How much time should a child spend outside?

According to some expert Therapists, they say that a child should spend a minimum of 3 hours a day outdoors. This will help the child to develop their body properly.

Because it is very essential for them to breathe fresh air. Children don’t have that much stress and mental issues so I suggest the parents leave their children outdoors.

Well, it depends on the season. In the summer season, I don’t recommend you to spend much more time outdoors. Because in summer seasons the sun produces a heavy amount of light and your body needs the proper amount of water to fight against the sun.

In the summer seasons, I would recommend you spend 10 to 15 minutes outdoors in the morning time between 6 to 9 o’clock to get the proper vitamin D for your body.

In other seasons, you can spend 20 to 30 minutes in a day in morning times to get the proper amount of vitamin D for your body.

Also, there are lots of factors that are dependent on getting Vitamin D for your body, like your daily lifestyle, which foods you are consuming, whether you are doing exercise or not, etc.
